    I guess I would add that prognosis alters everything. I had a nasty tumour in my back found in April and doctor tht it was something malignant and incurable with a 5-7 yr life expectancy. Turns out it was something that can still kill me but much much lower odds. That my friend is LUCK. Attitude helps but its where you start that can alter everything.
