To be fair to Qld Premier Anastacia Whatsername, it isn't the pandemic that's caused a crisis in hospitals and with the ambulance service here. She has had this situation for the past 3 or 4 years; besides, we haven't had many cases.
Little wonder the Health Minister hides from press conferences. The Labor govt here has acted shamefully throughout.
