Hey Mick,
My understanding is that the port needs to be upgraded, there is a timelne associated with recent presentations.
Also, they want to send the ORE to Candelaria port via conveyor belt... there is an environmental permit or two required.
I will find some stuff for you.. will happen this year, Panamax Ships in the interim whilst they upgrade Punta Alcalde just south of Huasco for both Panamax and Capesize ships.
