Heavy manipulation today on the action.
After strong accumulation in the morning hours we see a cap in place to attract sellers below the cap.

I would expect another move up once cap is removed.


Watching the trading action reconfirms my strong buy sentiment.
I would suspect a larger accumulator being at work in relation to partnering activities behind the scenes as previously mentioned.
T4P has made an excellent point in regards of shareholder base being in transition from a short term trader majority towards cautious investment orientation longer term to position oneself for the likelihood of positive phase 2 trials outcomes at which point overseas investors will step up.
