I just did the return discounted. 1.5 discounted a month etc.
Ofc getting 50% return every month for a year or more beats a 500% return in 5 years. But no investor can come close and do that. And the odds anyone on HotCopper is getting that is laughable.
Hence this is stupid that he put out a $1 PT and sold out at 20c.
