I have just started following this stock. It looks interesting, something I would treat as a speccy.

My concerns are the recent 41.7m shares placement at 12c and the SP has never exceeded the IPO price.

IMO, the share placement will likely have a downward pressure on the SP in the foreseeable future. You said that the placement was taken up by "sticky investors" - where did you get this information from?

I might be on board if the SP goes to 12c or below. Paying more than the placement price has not worked for me in the past.
