I reckon it’s the latter. Apart from Day 1 CLB has never traded above its IPO price and I still think the share register needs a reset, there will be a lot of old holders who are underwater who are happy to sell into any volume. Instanz Nominees, one of CLB’s sub holders has been offloading recently so could be them.
2021 is shaping up as a pivotal year for CLB. All the the pieces are in place for an SP re-rate if management keeps executing. Hoping for a big Dec quarter so we start 2021 with some positive momentum.
