The bit I find most exciting is his mention of the Real Estate play. Personally I find the current offering of product average, but the ability to pivot at any time, or add value through selling other companies wanted products, in the Real Estate/Shelf Space they are acquiring is huge. That's the value in a takeover offer imo.
