I have bid for pre IPO in Candy Club. Opened yesterday. Peak has the mandate. Calendar 2017 revenues US$9M. Pre IPO offered at a valuation of 1X 2017 revenue i.e. US$9M.
Forecast revenue for calendar year 2018 is US$14M. Keith Cohn (founder) is investing AUD$800,000 into this pre IPO round.
This round is raising AUD$4M of which $2M is already committed from existing seed investors.
IPO scheduled for late 2018.
