    As I understand  it, Peak also ran the pre-IPO raises and took all their fees in shares.  So yes fees are eye-wateringly high, but they are completely tied into this business for the next 2 years...  

    What interests me is how they can reduce costs as they go forward...  seems like they have been spending a lot on development and marketing.  lets hope the B2B channels can not only increase revenue but also lower the cost of customer acquisitions.
