I did read the reviews. As a matter of fact read reviews on other sites and provide feedback to management which they had already started to implement . Using a sample set of 25/26 complaints is not big enough. Also, there are a few great reviews too .
In terms of retail side, the actual AOV has been increasing - that’s what has contributed millions in revenue but I agree the B2B is the holy grail.
