Maybe a way to resolve the impasse with Toad, leave them with the PIOP etc and all minority shareholders take the Canegrass deposit and split completely from FMS.
We then have a new company, say Canegrass Ltd, and have nothing whatsoever to do with FMS or Todd and similarly THEY HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO INVOLVEMENT IN CANEGRASS.
Just a thought.
As things currently stand there is absolutely zero chance of Todd getting hold of minority shareholders shares no matter what games they play.
