I am basing this off the PM's address today where he made it pretty clear they will keep school open (i'm assuming daycares too) and they don't think a lockdown will work, because the virus will spread soon as it stops. Also the fact that the virus doesn't seem to affect children.
However these things can change so i guess completely plausible. Goodstart is the worry, making up 47% of the rent (G8 only 8%). They have a pretty good balance sheet and could definitely handle a lockdown of 4 weeks, 6 month.... i' don't think so, i just don't think schools and daycares will be closed for that long?
