I bought in to Australian education trust in 2008-9 with a min purchase price of about 15c. I think it had dropped from up in the $2 region if I remember. I was even nervous then but 8-9 years later was selling in the $2.60-2.80 region (my best investment of all time). My point being this can go a lot lower against all fundamentals and rational but in time will correct to "fair value". If it doesn't , it will be the least of your worries
