The tenants are locked in to a long term lease agreement so l guess it depends on the payment conditions. There would be penalties for breaking a lease. Don't understand why the shareholders are selling beyond speculation of property valuations are going to take a major dive hence a weaker balance sheet for the current &next quarter. If
that is how it turns out, then dividends may be adjusted in the short term to balance the books. Then a recovery after dust settles, IMO.
I'm just saving my cash waiting for market to settle (could be while) before returning to a regular buying pattern. Love to hear if anyone has any other thoughts or opinions.
