You also have to ask yourself the question, why would these 3 seasoned professionals resign from their previous jobs and join Canmex without feeling very comfortable that it was a huge opportunity. It's all about risk and these guys have don't gamble with their careers with so much activity in the Resource Sector globally, and a massive shortage of talent.

Timing of this announcement is also interesting. Canmex must have very recently firmed up funding and even more importantly, signed off with KNOC ?
