As a punt and more than likely wrong, but I reckon the price is being kept down to minimize the price differential between the ASX and AIM listing price. The AIM listing is AUD$0.50 so we should see the ASX price lower, but not lower than $0.50.
Does anybody know how the price parity between the two stocks (ASX/AIM) is managed.

I reckon PS is a tool for Range as is Rupe. I would expect PS, fluffy and Toby, bless their heart to p00f into fairy dust after AIM.

But of course, this is a very wild guess!
