canmex to launch script takeover for rrs

imo the long term plan for CANMEX will be to own all the rights to puntland minerals, oil and off shore. once range buy out consort and consolidate you can bet that CANMEX will launch a script offer for range. Puntland government would fully support this imo as the Lundin group have massive amounts of cash and backers to get Puntland moving. I would expect that Canmex would have to offer the large RRS holders in excess of 10 cents per share in Canmex script. people will say this is a ramp but i firmly believe that Canmex wants all of Puntland to itself and that the major holders of range will be happy to become holders in Canmex
