Please be aware that the ASX had all the documentation that was required to approve the announcement today. Cann Global has its headquarters in Australia, but we have International partnerships and Directors located across the globe. We are a Medical Cannabis Corporation with International businesses and partnerships in Israel, Canada, Asia, the USA, and South-East Asia.

The company has also just completed a very technical and complex re-compliance of business activities comprising thousands of pages of documentation. The ASX has been extremely helpful in assisting the company throughout this very complex relisting process. The notice was issued today with the ASX approval.

A request was made by the ASX compliance team to provide some original documentation from one of our overseas partners and we are very happy to source and provide that documentation for the ASX. This, of course, has been noted in our announcement today.

We are looking forward to and anticipating to be relisted next Friday 16 August.

Hello CGBrep, would like to take the time to ask, today is 14th are we going to relist on 16th
as always has been the news out the last couple of days,

So can you tell all of us is it going to be 16th
plus are we going into a trading halt on friday for pending ( Price Sensitive: yes )

Well you would think after this long year above has some thought in mine !!

I think we all would like a reply ASP on this please,
