I may be wrong, but I thought Eirexpat's justification was that other companies have a higher share price therefore there is no reason why CGB's can't hit 20c.

I was merely pointing out that one should be comparing MCs not SPs.

I think it is also a given that significant good news will need to be released for the SP to rise materially.
