How embarrassing that CAN is now worth under $100M. I don't recall how much cash it has remaining but lets say it was $20M, then the enterprise value of $80M makes it seem relatively cheap.
I guess the downside is that the management have shown themselves of being incapable of project management or executing on anything of value, so there really is quite a negative pricing because of that.
