But he is letting medicinal cannabis develop in the US. Federal law and local state laws will almost for sure, always allow medicinal cannabis! HUGE. An agreement on legalisation. He even asked people for their experiences on a website and testimonies. Whatever you think of him or have been told to believe, this is amazing and he is listening. My own analysis is that he will wage war against classic pharma companies and he knows they have gone very rogue!
