Looking at those two LGP seems to be a fully vertical integration all the way to retail. ECS appears to be a B2B white label manufacturer. that would make a difference to the staffing costs regarding retail customer support. I imagine LGP would also have staff involved in the various trials. One would hope that the more direct retail would give a higher profit margin but Im not sure about that.
