Thanks @Visionary and @peculator101's post yesterday commenting on DB.
I posted NWH's average share cost some time ago. It is unchanged at $0.558 (similar to DB).
I have also wondered whether DB would much prefer being a big fish in a small pond (despite both NRW and DB evenualluy supporting the revised WGX T/O offer over the Firefly Scheme). The proposed WGX T/O at 3:11 would have resulted (I think) in DB's share of the combined WGX/GCY being only 3.3% rather than its current 17.35% share of GCY.
