I don't really care how much Cannaglobal are willing to pay for Derma. The interesting thing will be what exactly they achieve with it. If sales begin to rise and the value of the company increases it says a lot about the MXC management team imo. They constantly give themselves milestone payments for "performance" yet revenue is all but nonexistent. In any company I believe achieving milestones should translate to revenue but apparently it doesn't have to? If Derma flourishes under the management at Cannaglobal it makes you think...
A 12% drop in SP today is hardly surprising with the constant disappointments. The next thing to watch is what happens with CannEpil. Will management hit the same problems as they did with Derma? Of course, I'll be eating my words if the next 4C displays an increase in revenue.
