    The thing is, the money should have been sent days ago otherwise it should be risking a default of their contractual obligations, for which any sane contract has pentalies.

    Why would anyone risk default by being tardy transferring international funds?

    I would like to hope it turns around, especially given my sell order has not yet been executed... but it just seems like a repeat.
