You draw conclusions that fit what you want to believe. You make it seem as if I just randomly say deals will not go through, until I hit it right. Show me one post where I did that. The only deal I warned about was the VC deal. I explained why and I wrote that pigs would fly and sing the national anthem before this deal would happen. I think that is as close to "knowing" it would fall as a prediction can be. Do you seriously believe that I did more serious due dilligence on VC via Google, than they did, while committing themselves to produce $40 million per year of cannabis for that company?On the CannaGlobal deal I have been a bit more careful, giving it a 5% chance of happening. With that I mean getting a real $12.5 million value, plus the debt for Derma. The 5%, because of the serious people behind CannaGlobal. Are you seriously saying that they made a deal reflecting $12.5 million in equity of a company of unknown value, even to them? How can you state that they are not required to publish any financial details when they use your money to buy that company? How can it be $12.5 million if the value of that company is unknown? Can you explain?
