OK footmax, so you tell me how MGC are going to represent their investment as an asset in their balance sheet.
Do you think they are just going to put a question mark on the balance sheet and say that they can't disclose their value in it because its a private company? Its just simple accounting 101 mate. This transaction needs to be represented in some way on the balance sheet.
