Unlisted public company. No open market for selling until it lists via an IPO. There may be ways to sell before list on ASX such as if can find a buyer and do an off-market-transfer but not an open trading market like listed companies. One of the negatives of an unlisted company, but good to get in at the ground level pre-IPO.
