If you participate in the crowdfund now, you subscribe for 10,000 shares and even get a Holding Statement like your other listed stocks as their share register is with boardroom. So, going into the IPO, you would still hold 10,000 shares. And then they would issue more shares at IPO (and initial public offering) and your holding would be valued at the price at that time and subsequently when it is traded on the market.
