all precooked, sliced - canned and ready to eat ..

watso is presently heating up a couple of rtc chicken burgers/patties - which he will have on toast - along with rtc mayo, home grown tomato, cheese and of course - sliced beetroot ..

should be tasty

(the beetroot comes from new zealand -- grown by our good newzealand mates )

Canned beetroot is disgusting, tastes nothing like beetroot, just sugar. Do yourself a favour and roast some fresh beetroot in the oven, fantastic.
