What they seem to be really good at is talking I'm afraid footmax. I got a similar chat when over in Slovenia last year. That time it was all about how a fortune was going to be made out of cannEpil and a "genuine" mistake over VC never to be repeated. Then it was how little they earned all living off savings. 15000 pounds was the figure quoted. So when the previous report came out I questioned it and asked for an explanation. The reply was "marketing and out of pocket expenses" which incidentally came to around $300k in actual cash payments. With the latest report I questioned it again. The reply: can we talk about it over the phone. My answer, no just a simple explanation by email is fine...no reply.
Looking at your talking points, spot the familiarity of the "talk" (or more accurate, the word rhetoric)

This talk has been happening over the last 3 years
I think that these guys are more interested in space exploration.
So don't shoot the messenger footie, aussilver is correct in raising more important issues that need addressing.
