10 more HC licenses issued today, not to us. thats 10 more comapies that filled in the paper work, paid the fee,maybe had a bit of a meet up with someone from the council to run through a few items, clear a few thing up.....much like we all would getting a drivers license or the internet connected, maybe applying for a loan , getting a rental car or buying a dog..... you know the really simple stuff we all do, all the time, the really really super basic aspects of dealing with another group or entity....yeah rgi dont seem to be able to do that. the entry level stuff, we are not talking about designing a tesla truck, creating a new iphone, working on artificial intelligence, writting code for facebook, a cure for covid, swimming the english chanel? nothing that hard, though all those things would start with a permit, filling in a legal document, paying the fee and getting approval to start...that were rgi fails....step 1.
