since we started with cannifarms last year, over 400 licenses have been issued by HC, so its not that hard to do, the guidelines arent that hard to follow. its always been a case (in my opinion) that the longer this goes on, the less likely it is to happen, and its been a very very long time, and given rgi's freakish ability to achieve nothing , im very worried about what we dont know and havent been told by this company right now.
