Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe there's no requirement for the share price to reach 7.5c
As far as I'm aware, Obsidian can convert their notes into shares at any point, but the minimum price will be 7.5c per share.

Also... Someone's bidding up like crazy. Haven't seen this in some time. I doubt it's just a bounce back now that some funds are in the bank. I think the licence must be real close.
