It sounds to me that Buru have now discovered that they have layers of more conventional gas which will flow much easier.
I think they first discovered it in Yulleroo 3 and then also Asgard 1. Possibly there was some mention in Paradise deepening as well but not sure about that.
It is interesting that in the article they were saying how much Japan is paying for gas. I think Mitsubishi will be very keen to get this LNG project going so Japan has a bigger supply. They seem to be a very good partner to have on our side.
