Hi PA, OBL has always been a punt on what they might find. Very good upside, but downside as well.
The announcement today has its positives and its negatives IMHO. I'm not Oil man, but it appears there are some HCs, but not a gusher so far.
They still haven't reached TD, but it now looks to be all about the last 100m. No one knows whats there until they drill it (and as such, I'm waiting on the sidelines until we know).
