Although I am reluctant to support MCB, I expect to vote against the demerger especially as AGL has not yet sent me a demerger book in spite of sending voting forms to me with no explanatory material. Without this I have to vote no. It may be another sign of poor AGL management as other material such as dividend statement arrive by post.
