Good article in SMH about Tyro Board falling out with MCB.
I agree with MCB that the Board has lost its way and it has been clear that the Board no longer have the confidence of MCB, hence why Tyro has been in play.
When one of your anchor shareholders are happy to bail, it's worth listening.
