So what about the wishes of approx 17500 individuals shareholders who have holdings below 10,000 shares? They make up about 85% of holders in the company…. Are they simply being used as front or as crowd funding to make Tyro appear as a public company when it its control mechanism is of a proprietary company.
MCB has plenty options in investing in other business entities where he can toss his monies around and enjoy buying his voting privileges.
A public company is the domain for the mum and dad investors who should have an effective say in a company operation, not simply being afforded the privilege of going thru the motion of voting and as the majority of shareholders are simply ignored!
