As RXL and therefore Cannon are explorers and therefore speculative only, I have struggled to find a basis for taking up the Cannon offer or not. I saw today that Fat Prophets recommend to their holding members to participate. I am not a member of fps, so i have no details, and am not sharing anything proprietary or confidential, but thought their top line recommendation itself worth sharing.
On the above basis I intend to take up my full allocation.
Does anyone else have similar top line recommendations, for or against, that can be shared?
