The "inside" money is flowing into PEM. It is proabably from the people in the know.We can analse the money flow which is the money coming in and willing to pay a higher price for the shares.Money coming in is many times more than the last few months.
I won't be surprise if there is an announcement, that the company is on the mend and the company's production and the company's cash fllow is running well ahead of schedule.
