STO Weekly
Cannot break out $14 and hold why?
pretty simple when you look at weekly chart,resistance lines marked $14.03 & then $14.13 from past ultra hi volume bars.$13.25 now near support below.
Finally has broken long term trnd channel from 2008 & started new trend channel upwards but that $14 resistance will need to be marked up through to break into that area and hold.
