cannot break 3.50...

Since August on numerous occasions it has re-tried to break 3.50 & enter new highs but once again seems to be shying...

Hopefully this recent consolidation around 3.35-3.45 can create a base to bounce up. Today is a little lousy though...was hoping for a bit better after volume picked up a little on yesterdays up day.

Still, if it hangs around at these levels it might just set up nice support to go for a run very soon..
