DOW is much better IMHO, Fenn has a much tighter ship & it is Australian/ well use 2 b Kiwi as you point out.
Re WOR, it's engineering contract & consulting so you need 2 b tough in the marking. SP might b same but WOR is different coy now & is up against UK/ US companies especially in Canada.
