LLC is worth a look IMHO but DOW is far safer than TSE, a rail, mining & infrastructure franchise beats a mangy all over the place piece like TSE, TSE could lose the asylum seeker contract as Morningstar has alluded to and then TSE would tank.
LLC is a good place if you think east coast Aust property is a good un. Leightons is a shocker
DOW probably the best, just look at that result yesterday IMHO but pls DYOR, it was a corker in difficult conditions, can u imagine when condition become favourable & the contracts come on-line.
