LLC, AGL, TAH & TCL should do well out of VIC ALP. All milk their respective sectors in Melbourne & can't be kicked out of infrastructure, electric & gas downstream retail consumption (i.e. gas shortages), flat racing & toll roads. Andrews will prevent new entrants other than help them so LLC, AGL, TAH & TCL r specials IMHO but pls DYOR.
