Announcement is out now with a Downer win, worth $650M over about 18 months with 12 month extension. Anyone care to take a stab at increased valuation for DOW? Is $5 realistic? I'm thinking about a 10% effect initially (maybe up to $4.70ish) but haven't run the numbers properly.
