yeah I don't get it , the market seems to have missed this. NEU has basically told the world that they are in negotiation lock down with a USA pharma and on the home stretch regarding a deal. Both side will want this closed out now and unless something goes majorly wrong I cant see it falling through.
I do think there is a lot of confusion around the $4 share issue and people are getting this confused with the deal and/or deal terms. I do also suspect that until the deal is clearer spelt out that the SP wont do a great deal. For me im more than happy to sit and wait the clock is ticking now....
