I'm a believer and long term holder. But I get why the broader market isn't diving in yet. Getting from phase 2 to 3 and then again from 3 to NDA (new drug application) for neurology drugs has about a 45% success rate according to this paper.

And for NDA, from filing to approval takes on average 2 years. I don't have stats for drugs with breakthrough status etc.. But these are the things that larger investors take into account and will therefore wait until their RR ratio is their comfort zone. Which means that we can get in and mop up before the big boys come to the play.
